Thank you for choosing Mystakidis Tours LLC (“Mystakidis,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Tour Conditions set out what Mystakidis provides when you purchase a travel package (“Tour”) and the obligations that bind both parties. Submitting a reservation request constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

1 PRICE GUARANTEE  

——————————————————————————————  

1.1 Upon receipt of your deposit, the land-and-air (or land-only) price quoted in U.S. dollars is locked.  

1.2 If airfare is included, economy-class round-trip fare from the agreed departure city is likewise guaranteed.  

1.3 Ancillary airline charges—checked bags, seat upgrades, in-flight services—are at your cost. Confirm pricing at mystakidistours.com or by phone.

2 WHAT YOUR PACKAGE INCLUDES

a Airfare (if applicable): round-trip, economy class, from the specified departure city.  

b Guided pilgrimage: professional Christian tour leaders plus coordination with local clergy for worship as available.  

c Hotels & meals: 3- to 5-star lodgings, half-board (breakfast daily and one group dinner).  

d Ground transport: private, air-conditioned coaches; driver and porter gratuities included.  

e Sightseeing & admissions: all group entrance fees and licensed local guides.  

f Tour kit: digital or printed guidebook (when available), luggage tags, moneybelt.  

Exclusions: optional excursions, lunches outside the meal plan, personal purchases, extra baggage, and other discretionary expenses.

3 ITINERARY FLEXIBILITY

Mystakidis may adjust the itinerary for weather, site closures, or clergy availability. Comparable substitutes will be provided; unused portions alone do not create a refund right.

4 RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS  

——————————————————————————————  

4.1 Deposit Non-refundable 15 % of total price, due within seven (7) days of proposal acceptance. Reservations made ≤ 90 days before departure require full payment at booking.  

4.2 Final payment Balance (85 %) due ninety (90) days before departure. Non-payment by the deadline may result in cancellation with no refund.  

4.3 Payment methods Visa, MasterCard, American Express (deposit and balance) or U.S.-bank check/bank draft (balance only). Returned payments incur a 35-USD fee.

5 SOLO TRAVELERS / SINGLE SUPPLEMENT

5.1 Single rooms are limited and carry an additional fee.  

5.2 If no single room is available at booking, you may cancel for full refund or accept a roommate at no supplement.  

5.3 Single-supplement fees are refundable until 90 days before departure; thereafter non-refundable unless Section 7 applies.

6 CHANGES & TRANSFERS

6.1 ≥ 90 days before departure One complimentary transfer to another Mystakidis Tour in 2025; any price difference is payable immediately.  

6.2 < 90 days before departure Transfers are not permitted except under Section 7 or at Mystakidis’s sole discretion.

7 CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS  

——————————————————————————————  

7.1 Primary rule  

 Refunds are governed by the cancellation schedule shown in the signed Mystakidis “Proposal & Invoice” (the “Proposal”) issued for your Tour.  

 If the Proposal states specific dates, percentages, or fees, those terms control and supersede anything below.

 

7.2 Default schedule (applies only when the Proposal is silent)

 ≥ 90 days …………………………………… 100 % less deposit  

 89–60 days ………………………………… 50 %  

 59–30 days ………………………………… 25 %  

 < 30 days …………………………………… No refund  

 Deposits become non-refundable seven (7) days after receipt.

 

7.3 Refundable Events  

 At Mystakidis’s sole discretion, additional refunds may be granted for:  

  • Serious illness or injury (doctor’s letter).  

  • Home rendered uninhabitable by disaster or crime (official report).  

  • Military deployment or revocation of orders (official orders).  

  • Unanticipated job loss (employer letter).  

 Refund amounts will not exceed the percentages in 7.2 unless the Proposal states otherwise.

 

7.4 Procedure  

 Send written notice and documentation to refunds@mystakidistours.com or

 If you hold travel-insurance coverage, file with your insurer first; Mystakidis processes any eligible refund only after the insurer’s final settlement.

8 RELEASES & HEALTH DECLARATIONS

All travelers must sign Mystakidis’s General Release & Waiver and Health & Safety Pledge prior to departure; failure voids your reservation without refund.

9 PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES  

——————————————————————————————  

Carry/roll your own luggage (up to 15 minutes, uneven ground), walk up to two (2) continuous hours daily, navigate free-time activities independently, comply with health directives, and refrain from smoking or vaping during group activities. Mystakidis may remove any participant whose conduct jeopardizes safety or group harmony; no refund will be issued.

10 MYSTAKIDIS CANCELLATIONS / ITINERARY CHANGES

If Mystakidis cancels a Tour, you may obtain a full refund within fourteen (14) days or transfer funds to another 2025 Tour. Mystakidis is not liable for ancillary costs (airfare, visas, etc.). If Mystakidis alters an itinerary, comparable substitutes will be arranged; price variances will be credited or surcharged accordingly.

11 LIABILITY, INSURANCE, TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Mystakidis acts solely as agent for independent suppliers and is not responsible for delays, force-majeure events, or personal loss/injury. Purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Passport must remain valid six (6) months beyond return date; visa and vaccination compliance is your responsibility.

12 GOVERNING LAW & CLAIMS

Mystakidis Tours LLC is registered in Wyoming. All disputes are governed by Wyoming law with exclusive venue in Laramie County courts (state or federal).
