Our story began in 1959, when the founder’s mother completed the very first road trip to Jerusalem. Traveling by bus through Turkey and Syria, she spent seven days each way, braving the dangers of the era to ensure pilgrims’ safe passage to the Holy Land. Those mid-century voyages demanded unwavering devotion and forged lifelong bonds among all who traveled.
Inspired by her example—and by the spark of faith she lit in every heart—her son Georgios and his wife Anna formally established Mystakidis & Co., pioneering religious tours in Greece. Under their guidance, the company became synonymous with authenticity, care, and the spirit of adventure.
In the next generation, Grigorios Mistakidis built on this foundation, shaping Greece’s pilgrimage market with new destinations, deeper local connections, and ever-higher standards of service.
Today, Georgios Mistakidis steps forward as CEO—bringing academic training, family experience, and an abiding passion for exploration—to introduce our decades-long tradition to the U.S. & Canada. Alongside Chairman Grigorios, he carries forward a legacy of excellence: crafting journeys that awaken the senses, deepen faith, and create memories that last a lifetime.
