• Ideal group size: 30–50 pilgrims (one full coach). • Under 30 guests: small-coach surcharge applies. • Over 50 guests: we provide a second coach and duplicate guiding team.
• Please advise us at least 60 days before departure. Many hotels and sites are wheelchair-accessible, but some historic locations (e.g., Meteora monasteries) involve stairs; alternative viewing will be arranged where feasible. • Accessible coaches or wheelchairs can be provided.
• Passport must be valid at least six (6) months beyond your return date. • Vaccinations (COVID-19, yellow-fever, etc.) follow host-country regulations. • We recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical coverage.
Current destinations: Greece, Italy, Turkey, Egypt, Israel, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Romania, Serbia, and Montenegro. If you’re interested in another country, contact us to discuss feasibility.
• You receive a destination-specific visa brief with every booking. • Most visas are e-visa or on-arrival; some (e.g., certain Holy Land permits) need embassy processing. • Our team guides you through each step; government fees are extra.
• Transatlantic or other international airfare (unless specifically noted in your proposal). • Travel-insurance premiums (strongly recommended). • Lunches, snacks, personal spending, and discretionary tips. • Visa fees and local departure taxes where applicable.
Yes. Our standard pilgrimage is 7 nights / 8 days; you can extend up to 12 nights or shorten to a 6-night minimum. Custom side trips are also possible—ask during the proposal stage.
• Deposit: 15% of the total land package, due within seven (7) days of proposal acceptance. • Final balance: due ninety (90) days before departure. • Bookings made inside 90 days require full payment at time of reservation.
Refunds follow the schedule in your signed Proposal. Trip-cancellation insurance is highly advised.
